Kalyani township, 50 KM away from Kolkata, always had picturesque grounds to host many national tournaments, but, never had a quality stadium for the sport lovers. This ongoing stadium structure is part of a sports complex development scheme.  The enormity of the structure engages multifaceted users and is a fine example of PPP model development.  The design has been fine tuned to camouflage with the local urban fabric.
